Lesson 9 – Assigning Quoted Pricing Scroll down What You Will Learn • How to assign quoted net pricing to a catalogue item. Getting Started What is Quoted Net Pricing? Occasionally a wholesaler will decide to offer a special "Net" price on selected items, rather than use Allpriser list less a discount. Winpriser refers to this net as a Quoted Price.
Lesson 1
1 Click on the Group tab. Locate a .5 inch Copper CXC Wrot 45 Elbow in the Copper Pressure Ftgs group. If you are not sure how to find this item refer to Lesson 1
2 Change the Catalogue Detail window to Resale Pricing Properties view. Use the View Selection box at the top right corner of the Catalogue:
Your catalogue window will look like this:
Notice the Quoted Pricing area in the lower right corner of the window.
3 Open the Quoted Pricing window by clicking on the Item | Quoted Pricing menu option from the Catalogue Lookup menu.
OR by using a local popup menu
Click in the Quoted Pricing detail window with the right mouse button to activate the local popup menu. Select Quoted Pricing. The Quoted Pricing window will appear.
4 Click on the Add button. Key in the name of the wholesaler that is providing the quoted price (i.e. ABC SUPPLIER). Enter the quoted price – in this case 2.00. You may also enter your standard markup for this item if you wish. Markup is optional. Press the Enter key to complete the entry of information into each field and to move to the next field.
5 Click the Save button to save the quoted pricing information in the catalogue.
6 Click the Close button to return to the Catalogue Lookup window. The quoted prices that you have entered will appear in the Quoted Pricing detail window.

You can use any of Winpriser’s lookup tabs, Group, Type, Page, Text Search or the UPC lookup (Item | Find Part Number) to locate an item and enter quoted pricing.
