Winpriser gives you the ability to quickly locate product items in an online price catalogue.

Winpriser has several different search methods. You can conduct a product search by:

Winpriser allows you to assign multiple discounts from multiple suppliers to each catalogue item. Wholesaler quoted net prices can also be stored for each item.You may assign a markup to each catalogue item to allow Winpriser to calculate your selling price above cost.If you want to base your pricing on Allpriser list price less a markdown, you can also assign multiple markdowns to each price catalogue item.You maintain all of your discount, markup, markdown and labour rates in a rate sheet. Each rate sheet can be customized to your own specifications.The online Allpriser price catalogue is updated by subscribing to the Allpriser Computer Pricing Service. Updates can be delivered by mail on diskette or over the internet. As each of Allpriser’s publications becomes available, a separate online price catalogue for each service will be accessible through Winpriser.

In addition to the traditional Allpriser online price catalogues, Winpriser allows an unlimited number of user created price catalogues. Each of these user price catalogues can be customized to accommodate your specialized product or inventory requirements.

Creating a list of materials for a job is as easy as selecting product items from a Winpriser price catalogue and specifying the quantities required for the job. When each material item is selected for takeoff, Winpriser copies the product’s pricing information (list price, discounts, markups, markdowns, labour units, and product description information) to your job’s worksheet. All this happens in the background, allowing you to remain in the price catalogue to continue pricing your job.Each job is contained within a Winpriser "worksheet". A worksheet is simply a collection of material items, and can therefore be used not only to price a specific job but can also be used to develop standard "boiler-plate" jobs and assemblies.Each worksheet entry can be changed at any time. Once a product item has been taken off from a price catalogue into a worksheet, you can make last minute changes to the job by editing any worksheet-pricing column.Two or more worksheets can be combined. The contents of one worksheet can be inserted into another.A worksheet can be refreshed with current catalogue pricing data at any time. For example, if you have received a new Allpriser price update file or if a supplier issues a discount change, you can open an existing worksheet and re-calculate the worksheet extensions based on this new pricing data.

For each worksheet that you have created, you can isolate worksheet items based on what product type they belong to; or what product group they belong to; or what suppliers have been assigned to the worksheet item; or by job phase.
