The Shortcut Collections Organizer is a list of all the Shortcut Collections that have been created on your system for the active price catalogue. On each Lookup tab window contains an F4-ShortCut toolbar button and a Catalogue Lookup menu option. Up until now this ShortCut option has been disabled because the Shortcuts tab did not contain an active Shortcut Collection!
5 Click on the Group tab. 6 From the list of group descriptions on the Group tab, select the group named COPPER PIPE. Select a COPPER PIPE component and a size:
7 The F4-Shortcut toolbar button

The Shortcut tab allows you to change the Allpriser description to the name that you prefer. This makes the item easier for you to find. To rename an item in a Shortcut Collection: 11 Select a product item in the Shortcut description list. Click on the Rename button and begin typing the new description:
To accept your changes, press the Enter key or press the Esc key to discard your changes.
12 If you were to continue and add more Copper Pipe product items to our current Shortcut Collection, you might end up with a large number of Shortcut items defined for your Copper Pipe Shortcut Collection. To help you locate specific products in a Shortcut Collection, use the Advanced Text Search feature available for this Catalogue Lookup tab window.
